When Logging into Windows Live Mail, I am prevented by another window asking for a PIN

"X Please enter your PIN to sign in"

  OK                      Cancel

I don't know what PIN is needed nor a place to put it.  I cannot sync with our other computers without logging in.

What do I need to do?
