Hello everybody!

I've came across an interesting error. I've had imported a lot of letters from an old PC, to a newer one with Win 7 Pro.

When the Windows Live Mail finished importing, some of the attachments had the extension " ._ " .

For example: oldletter.doc --> oldletter._doc.

After downloading an oldletter._doc and deleting the "_" in the extension the file can be opened, but this method is a bit complicated for the user of the PC.

What could be the cause of the problem, and how can I solve it?
