Changed account from pop to imap following instructions with my provider - when try to open account to see messages get message that Windows live mail needs to download folders - 1st question - which folders is it trying to download, I assume those set up by provider on server?

When click download get above message. can anyone suggest what I can do

Also told by Windows European service that this address would connect me to a live chat - I couldn't find this on website - any suggestions?
