I am using Live Mail 2011 with Windows 10 operating system. My e-mail address with this system is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

When I try to send an e-mail it goes into the 'outbox' and a Windows Live Mail ID error 0x8007007A occurs. The same error occurs when I receive an e-mail. I can use TalkTalk's webmail ok and have also checked with them that there are no problems their end - my e-mail settings appear to be all correct.

All was working well up until yesterday afternoon when I tried to send some pictures as an attachment.

Your help would be appreciated.
