Everytime I start my windows live mail, I get an error popup box telling me "the procedure entry point _crtCreateSymbolicLinkW could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVRCR110.dll "  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but the problem persists. Please Help me. Thank you
