When turning on windows live mail today it has downloaded all new emails but deleted all our old ones including any folders storing important ones too.  We haven't changed any setting or clicked any other buttons on start up.  can anyone advise if we can retrieve the old email and/or how we might go about doing this as not only is it very annoying but  there are a few we really need.
