Hi,

I have set up group contacts in our live mail eg Training Clients 2014 and a few of us can access the group to send emails but one of us cannot.  I have tried everything to reset her profile so she can access the groups to send emails to no avail.  Can you explain why by chance?  What am I doing wrong?
