I have been using Live for email for about 2 years without issue and I have also been using Windows 10 without issue up until this week.  Now everytime I have tried to reply to an email windows live freezes for about 2 minutes then I can write my reply and send.  I have spent many hours today reading other queries similar to mine and tried most of the recommendations without success.

I have done a repair on windows live essentials 12 - it fixes the issue temporarily but it soon returns.

I have also right clicked on the windows live icon and gone to properties then to compatibility mode and tried different versions of Windows.  this did not help.

I ran the trouble shooter and it came up with an error "incompatible program WLMail"  so if windows live is incompatible with windows 10 - what now?  the support for essential 12 no longer exists so how do i get help with this?
