I recently reverted from windows 10 to windows 7.  while I can send and receive emails, if I try to delete more than one at a time I receive the message "An unknown error has occurred". A few seconds later another message appears saying "deleting messages" and then the program freezes.  Other programs still work but the only way to close Windows Live Mail is to restart the computer.
