We are having a recurring problem where we are replying to an email, the font is selected as 14 point ariel, and when I start a new sentence, the font reverts to times new roman 10 point. This has been happening for well over a year, You all know about it, so what is the problem? Why can you not fix this? We have been told that we need to update our browser, delete cookies, clear cache, etc to no avail. You all keep suggesting the same lame fixes that do nothing, and then you want access to our accounts..

We migrated from Olook Express to Windows Live email because OE was broken and you would rather scrap it then try to plug the many holes...looks like you will be abandoning another app without fixing it... Am I right?

I mean you all have been aware of this issue since 2013, and still no fix? What do you people do all day? I am frustrated at the lack of response on this issue.... I have been all over the net looking for a cure, and the only really good suggestion is to abandon Windows all together and go with Red Hat. 

Is this what you all want, for your customers to be so pissed that they get rid of Windows completely? 

There are THOUSANDS of frustrated windows users out there ready to rip out their hard drives and install a new one with Linux on it... and I'm one.

WILL THERE EVER BE A FIX?
