I was receiving a lot of spam and reset my mail filtering level to high. Then I stopped getting most mail and reset it back to low. I see now that although I have 'also trust email from my contacts' checked, mail from my contacts is blocked unless I put them in the safe senders list, which is a daunting task. Even then, some safe sender's mail goes to my junk mail folder. I am running Windows 7 64 bit.
