Are you able to enlighten me please why this keeps happening?

Windows Live Mail ‘freezes’ if I haven’t been on for a couple of hours and shows this message when I hit “Send/Receive’ to see if I’ve had any new messages.
I use WIN7 (64-bit OS). I look forward to a resolution!
