Windows Live Mail has not synchronised with my Hotmail account since July 27th.  I get the error message "Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80048820."  Eventually I uninstalled and reinstalled the current version of Live Mail (2012) but it made no difference.  If anyone can help I would be grateful but if you do please do not use techie jargon but simple instructions on what to do!  Many thanks indeed.
