Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (alice) account.

Hi,

I signed in to my Outlook Account ok, but was unable to see any email, tried a number of times.

So I added it to my Husbands Live Mail Account, thinking it might be a problem with Outlook.

Now it sits there with the message "Windows Live Mail Is Synchronizing this Account"

Also when I click send and receive email, all other accounts work apart from this one which comes up with the error:-

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003   Server Error: 5102

I have tried using the program "Windows Live Mail Diagnostic Troubleshooting Pack Cabinet" to no avail.
