I have already tried to removing and re-configuring my account in Windows Live Mail, but every time Windows Live Mail finishes adding my account, I just get the same message come up again. It seems like Windows Live Mail is not synchronising with my online
Outlook.com account. This because the account is still working fine when I login to my Outlook.com account. My email account on phone is working too. I want to fix this problem, but don't know what to do.
