Original title: windows live mail 2011

I am having this problem too  and I  tried to post my own question but this site won't let me, and I'm signed in, so I'm trying this on a thread.
Having same issue:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (myemailnamehere) account.

Server Error: 5102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002

There are no messages in my outbox.  I have deleted my hotmail account from windows live mail 2011 and added it again 3 times.  It works for a day and then stops again.  Frustrated, need help!
