I had windows essentials live mail 2011 until yesterday 15th Feb 2016. I kept getting the following error message. 

Unable to send or receive messages for the Outlook (a2def) account.
Server Error: 4102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00001

I tried everything but nothing seemed to clear it. Someone suggested uninstalling it and downloading windows essentials live mail 2012 instead, which I did, but it brings up the same error message.

How do I resolve this error. Any help greatly appreciated.
