I cannot open Windows live mail 12. The first message I see is: STTRAY 64.exe application error. When I close it I see the following message: 

Unable to send or receive messages for the Sbcglobal account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

Please help. I use windows 10. I already called ATT and checked configuration in windows Live mail 12. I was able to download mail, but now it doesnt work. Thank you
