Hello,

I have recently downloaded windows mail because I need to set up a new work account. I created the account but then I receive the following message:

Unable to send or receive messages for the **********(admin) account. The connection to the server has failed.

Server: '*************************.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
Protocol: POP3
Port: 110
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 10013 

My Incoming Port is 110

My Outgoing Port is 587

I have unistalled Norton firewall.

I have uninstalled all Windows Essentials including Windows Live Mail.
I have downloaded and reinstalled Windows Live Mail.

I have followed all the instructions in the replies to various community messages.
 
I am still unable to Send or Receive email.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
