Did'nt help.

The problem may  be not with windows mail but something to do with my hotmail account.

I can access it through web browser but neither through my phone nor through win mail on my laptop.

When synchronising, it never connects to my mail hotmail mail 1  though it connects to hotmail mail 2.

The error msg :

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (xxxxxxx1) account

Server Error: 0x80072F78

Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
