Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80072EFD in WIndows 10

I am getting the following error when I try to access my outlook.com email from Windows live mail 2011.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Outlook (xxxxxxx) account.

Server Error: 0x80072EFD
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.

This had been working fine but stopped about three days ago. I checked the date and time are correct. I am running Windows 10 that was upgraded from OEM 8.0/8.1

Any other thoughts?
