Our inbox in windows live mail has disappeared and we are no unable to send or receive emails. can anyone help?

I tried setting up a new account but the following message appears. Unable to send or receive messages for the Talktalk (hocksfam) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.
