OT: 0x800C0155.2.

I know this is an old problem and I think I have done everything suggested, several times over e.g. "uninstall/re-install" "repair" etc. The one thing I know I haven't done, is sent in my log files. I think I have located them, but an attempt to copy and paste them in this window just locked up. Re-starting, I have saved them as a text file to my document files. The file is 2.6 Mb.

What next? I will go back to browsing, to see if I have missed something.
