I have windows live account

I also have a windows live mail 2012 account

I am running WIndows 10

I cannot send mail from my account, any mail; my ISP is Comcast; I can receive mail

I keep getting

Windows Live mail error

server 'smtp.comcast.net'

Protocol: SMTP

Port 587

SSL:(yes)

I have repaired the Windows Essential 2012, and that did not work ; and checked mail port settings with Comcast
