I reinstalled windows 7 on my computer and reinstalled Windows Live Mail.  Emails downloaded in moments, about 5000.  Now it is downloading all emails into 'All Mail' and 'Important" very slowly, 30 to 60 seconds per email.  This is effecting all aspect of the operation of the computer, so I can't tell if reinstalling Windows has solved my problems.  Is there any way to speed up this download or end it?
