This is a Windows 7 system in use for 

I have done the following per the community discussion on a similar problem:

deinstalled WinEssentials using CMD and wlarp cleanup:all

rebooted

re-installed Win Essentials

still can't print to the new printer which IS the default

Other suggestions?
