Windows 7\Microsoft Live Mail....

Currently using Windows Live Mail...I believe its data File is .eml.

Can I, and how would I, open this Data file Using Outlook 2007 which has as its data file.pst.

In otherwords, I want to move WLM data, emails, sent, calendar...etc  and use Outlook going forward.......

I went to Outlook Import....did not see an import for .eml and when I clicked other mail programs....still did not see a method for moving\Converting WLM data File to Outlook 2007

an this be done?
