Original title: Windows Live mail

Yesterday my computer lock up, after shutting down everything and rebooting everything came back up alright except Windows Live Mail. Live mail created a recovery file in the upper Move to file, and removed all of my folders from the left hand side where all of the commands are for inbox, send, junk, delete etc. How do I get all of the recovered data back to the proper locations. It totally downloaded all of my emails again, what a mess. Do I need to uninstall it completely and reinstall widows live mail again? If so will it bring all of my data back automatically? Thanks
