Starting roughly one week ago, approximately December 27, my Windows 7 64 bit system, current updates, freezes once or twice a day, very often when using or exiting Windows Live Mail. By "freeze" I mean no cursor movement, no response to CTRL+ALT+DEL, no response to Windows key. Must hold power button to cycle power and reboot, then all OK, until the next time.

Microsoft has a very serious problem.
