Original Title: Microsoft say Live mail is dead!!!!

I have never used this community website until I found I could not send photos anymore. Any way after reading all this for the last few days I decided to try and speak to Microsoft!

I phoned them and finaly got to a voice(No name) he informed me Microsoft does not support Windows live at all.  AND THEY ALSO DONT MONITOR THIS COMMUNITY WEBSITE. He suggested that I used windows Outlook! I said but then I nead OFFICE and that costs money! His answer was well its not to expensive. And ANY WAY THEY WERE NOW WORKING ON WINDOWS 10! THIS IS THEIR PRIORITY!

Right I hadn't recorded any of this and that is a real pity! So I phoned again using Skype. After five goes a voice answered (Female) she said they were not trained on windows live and suggested I go to the Windows Live website.
