With help from this forum, I have been able to restore all my sub folders back to Windows Live Mail after an upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows 7.  Now I need help in bringing back all my email contacts (please).

I have found the folder containing all my email contacts. It has over 70 contacts in there which I will like to add to Windows Live Mail.  Upon reading what is required on the internet I don't think it is a cv type file/folder .. can anyone help in advising how I can get all these contacts back into Windows Live Mail please?  I was previously using Windows Mail on Vista so nothing has been stored previously on Windows Live Mail and therefore need to use this contacts folder as my main source.
