I am running WLV 2012 on Windows 8.1 but when I try to open certain emails a message appears telling me  "A problem appeared whilst trying to open this message. Please try again"   I try again....and again....and again.... to no avail!

Why does this happen and how do I open these emails?   What can I do to prevent these  messages reoccurring?
