Hi,

I am currently using Window 7 Utimate for my computer.

Lately, for whatever reason, my windows live mail can send out emails but not receiving incoiming emails.

The error message appears on the screen after I try to download my incoming emails is as below :

download for the 'Sent' folder did not complete. Could not download new

messages from the IMAP server

Server Response : The server did not response to this IMAP command before the

connection was terminated.
