I have backed up my Windows Live Email messages to a folder on my desktop but each email is identified by a long number (e.g. 00A64B6C-000002A4.eml) and the only way to see the sender's name or the subject is to open each email individually.  Is there any way to backup emails where you can see the sender's name and the subject?

Thanks
