Hi, 

I'm currently on Win7 and recently, tried to upgrade to Win10 but failed due to the incompatibility of my laptop. When the OS was reverted back to Win7, this error appeared every time I wanted to log in to my Windows Live Mail. 

I've tried both repairing and uninstall and reinstall the Windows Live Mail and also the whole pack of Windows Essential but this error keeps coming out. Is there any other options for me to try?
