I just purchased a new Dell laptop with Windows 10.  Originally Windows Live Mail seemed to function okay.  However yesterday it quit functioning, and I cant seem to get it to work again.  Windows Live Mail nor Windows Live Essentials appear on my directory of installed programs. Neither does Internet Explorer appear in the list in Installed updates.  I can't seem to get either Windows Essentials or Internet Explorer to install again from the Internet.
