Windows Live Mail - all my contacts disappeared after a system update. Windows 10

Message says something like "No contacts - add a contact or log in to Windows Live Mail" and prompts for an email address.

I dunno. I set up this mail 5 years ago and I have 4 email aliases thru my cable TV / internet provider. I don't even know which of them might be my "Live Mail" ID.
