I tired Windows 10 but too many problems so I followed instructions and rolled back to Win 7.  Prior to upgrading to 10, Live Mail 2011 worked fine.  After returning to Win 7, Live Mail 2011 gives me the error: "MSVCR110.dll is missing from computer".  I tried the troubleshooting program and then tried reinstalling (uninstalled and reinstalled) and get the same result.  Checked with the Community and they recommended I try WLM 2012.  Downloaded Live Mail 2012.  I get the error: "0X80040609" and the statement, "unable to install".

The inability for WLM to work with Win10 was one of the reasons I rolled back to Win 7 - now I have no mail at all.  Help... ?

Thank you
