Hi,

I started having a synch problem with my win live email account on Outlook about two weeks back.  I've tried

- Repair on WIN 2011 essentials

- Checked for stuck outbox emails

- Repair on WIN Account

When I finally took the step to delete the account and re-add it - it won't synch at all - giving me the message "Windows Live Mail is synchronizing this account.  Check back in a few minutes to read your messages.  Still I get the system error ID above.

I'm running

- WIN 7 Pro, SP 1

- IE 11, SP 7

- Win Live Mail 2011, build 15.4

Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (...) account.
