As of this morning I am getting this pop up window in Windows Live Mail every time I try to create a new mail in Hebrew.

I have rebooted the PC twice but nothing helps.

When writing a mail in English there is no problem.

I am running Windows 8 in English with Hebrew enabled.

HELP!
