my windows live mail been saying “not responding” for 4days now.

its extremely slow to load, watching this blue circle constantly turning is exhausting.

hasnt downloaded any messages since 5th May its now 10th May.Sometimes screen goes black and I’m wondering then if system has crashed.

use Mozilla Firefox as browser, if that makes any difference.

need to have it working properly soon since i am disabled and it is my only form of communication(have severe speech problems, so cant use phone)
