Having been through the recent upgrade which I wish I had been able to prevent, I have now lost access to my emails which I received through Windows Live mail. As part of the upgrade I am invited to register a new account which I have tried to do in order to access all the stored email data I have, but to no avail. What do others think? I also lost access to all my files because the word and excel programmes were deleted as part of the so called upgrade. I have restored some free versions but am faced with hours of effort to get back to where I was before the upgrade!
