I have two email accounts in WLM.  Account #1 works fine.  When I try to work in the 2nd email account, a message pops up that says Windows has encountered a problem with the program and it is shutting down.  Also, the message says that Windows will notify me when a solution to the problem has been found.  I then have to re-open WLM and can only work with Account #1.  Any attempt to work with Account #2 will result in the WLM shutting down again.  I have run a scan of the computer several times but nothing turns up.  Any idea why this is happening and how it can be fixed.   I have a low computer IQ so need help in a corresponding level.  Thanks.
