WLM was working fine until yesterday evening and now whilst I can receive emails, I can't reply to emails received nor can I construct new emails.

When I try to do either, I get an error message saying that WLM has encountered a problem etc, and then it closes and re-opens

I have many hundreds of contacts and email groups set up and I really don't want to lose anything that I have stored or set up.

Please help?
