I use Windows Live Mail on my laptop and it was working fine until a few weeks ago when it suddenly wouldn't send or receive my mail.

I t would either say my password was incorrect or the re were various other problems..............I can access my email via Virgin Media website but it is such a pain and I just want my Windows Live Mail back again.

I went through to a technician at Virgin Media who took over my laptop but after trying various things she told me I would have to uninstall and then re-install Windows Live mail, but that I would have to get a proper technician to do it.

I have Windows 10 on my laptop.

If anyone can help I would be very grateful.
