I have just bought a new windows 10 HP laptop, I have downloaded windows live mail, and I cannot receive or send Emails, I get the error code ox800cccoe.

I checked all my settings from previous account, and they are all the same.

As I am a novice to windows 10 can you please help in simple terms.
