Following a recent change to a new hosting service for my website I lost the ability to send and receive email.  My current hosting provider confirms that the MX record is pointing to them and it should work.  I am able to open all my folders on the PC and read emails but cannot send and receive.   I need help re-connecting to my windows live mail.  My hosting service and various other chat sites suggest that the problem is with MS who need to help me reconfigure and connect to my emails.  I am not very IT literate so be gentle with me.
