I cannot get live mail to install.  I have tried: when it downloads I can't find it, does not show up on default pgms list;  uninstall live essentials, used regedit to remove entries. If I download 2011 it says a newer version is present.  Need help! 

Just tries the fix-it pgm for both install and uninstall.  Install found no problems and the uninstall run removed Live Essentials.  Tried another install and it was suppose to be successful, however, when checked finish it presented nothing to start using mail.  Checked start-not listed, checked default pgms-not listed.
