OMG!  Here it is July 6, 2016 and I've been experiencing the same publishing albummessage for the past 2 days.  After many hours of researching, I came across this forum and found the answer - go to the outbox and delete the offensive photo email.  Worked like a charm and I didn't have to turn off my computer and reboot.  Not yet, anyway.  Thanks to all of you!
