Windows Live Mail

My computer automatically updated to Windows 10.  Microsoft showed me how to go back to Windows 8.1 - the problem is that I use Windows Live Mail, and I have now lost ALL my e-mails and ALL the file folders I created in it.  I had about 100 e-mails and file folders - how do I get them back?
